Holly Golightly (Hepburn) is a superficial and ambitious money orientated socialite who lives in New York. Paul Varjak (Peppard) is a writer who moves into her building. They both then become friends. Ultimately, Paul falls in love with Holly. Will she reciprocate or will she follow her ambitions?
