In 102 Dalmatians, Cruella De Vil (Close) undergoes therapy and is released from prison a changed woman. She has become devoted to dogs and good causes. She is delighted that Chloe (Evans), her parole officer, has a dalmatian family and also connections with a dog charity.  However, the sound of Big Ben can reverse the treatment. It’s not long before Ms De Vil is back to her ghastly ways and starts using her connections with Chloe and friends.
