Description

This superb filmcell features director Francis Ford Coppola’s twice Oscar winning movie, Apocalypse Now (1979). Stars Marlon Brando, Martin Sheen, Robert Duvall and Laurence Fishburne.

Apocalypse Now is set in Vietnam, 1969. Burnt out Special Forces officer, Captain Willard (Sheen) is sent into the jungle with top secret orders. He is to find and kill renegade Colonel Kurtz (Brando). The colonel has set up his own army within the jungle. Willard descends into the jungle and is slowly overtaken by the jungle’s mesmerizing powers. Willard battles with the insanity surrounding him. His boat crew eventually succumb to drugs. They are slowly killed off one by one. As Willard continues his journey he becomes more and more like the man he was sent to kill.
