Description

In High Society, C.K. Dexter-Haven (Crosby) is a successful popular jazz musician. He moves into a mansion close to his ex-wife’s Tracy Lord’s (Kelly) estate. She is on the verge of marrying a blander, safer man than Dex, who has started trying to win Tracy’s heart again. Mike Connor (Sinatra) is a tabloid reporter who also falls for Tracy while covering the nuptials for his magazine. Tracy must choose between the three men. She discovers that “safe” can mean “deadly dull” when it comes to husbands and lifestyles.
