Description

This superb filmcell features the Oscar winning movie, MASH (1972). Stars Donald Sutherland, Elliott Gould, Sally Kellerman, Robert Duvall and Tom Skerritt.

The 4077 M*A*S*H surgery unit deal with the horrors of the Korean War. The tone at the M*A*S*H is established by its recent arrivals. They are Mash surgeons Captains ‘Hawkeye’ Pierce (Sutherland), ‘Duke’ Forrest (Skerritt) and ‘Trapper’ (Gould). The latter of which Hawkeye knows he’s met somewhere, but Trapper who will not divulge where and who has antics that can be best described as non-regulation and “unmilitary”. The unit’s commanding officer doesn’t care as long as they do their job and do it well, which they do. Their behavior does bother their fellow surgeon, Major Frank Burns (Duvall), and the recently arrived head nurse, Major Margaret Houlihan (Kellerman). She is to obtain the nickname Hot Lips. This is based on information that they glean about her through underhanded means!
