Description

This superb filmcell features the movie, Prince of Persia : The Sands of Time (2010). Stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Atherton and Ben Kingsley.

The Prince of Persia is set during the Persian Empire’s height. The King’s adopted son Prince Dastan (Gyllenhaal) leads an attack on the sacred city of Alamut. It is revealed to him that the city may be the source of arms for their enemies. The battle is quickly won and Dastan takes possession of an interesting dagger. It is the one that Alamut’s Princess Tamina (Atherton) is keen to recover. Dastan is soon on the run however when his gift to the King poisons him, and puts Nizam (Kingsley) on the throne. Princess Tamina tells him the importance of the dagger. It can transport the bearer back in time. Dastan is now able to set out and change past events. He learns the identity of the man who betrayed them and killed his adopted father.
