The serial killer and occult sorcerer, Lord Blackwood has finally been caught. The legendary Sherlock Holmes (Downey Jr) and his assistant Dr. Watson (Law) can bowclose yet another successful case. Blackwood (Strong) then mysteriously returns and resumes his killing spree. Holmes must take up the hunt once again. Having to contend with his partner’s new fiancée and the dimwitted head of Scotland Yard, the dauntless detective must also unravel all the clues. This leads Holmes into a twisted web of murder, deceit, black magic and also into the deadly embrace of the temptress, Irene Adler (McAdams).
