This superb filmcell features the legendary Italian actress, Sophia Loren. Her many acting awards include; 1 Oscar, 1 Grammy, 5 special Golden Globes, 1 BAFTA , 1 Laurel and the Honorary Academy Award in 1991. In 1995, she received the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievements.
Sophia Loren gained international fame from the films she had starred in during the late 195o’s. These included; Houseboat (1958), That Kind of Woman (1959) and It Started in Naples (1960). In 1962 she had won an Academy Award for her performance in Two Women (1960). Loren holds the record for having earned six David di Donatello Awards for Best Actress in the films; Two Women (1960), Yesterday Today and Tomorrow (1963), Marriage Italian Style (1964), Sunflower (1970), The Voyage (1974) and A Special Day (1977).
