This superb filmcell features the classic British TV series, Steptoe and Son (1962-74). Stars Wilfred Brambell and Harry H. Corbett.

Steptoe and Son is a classic 1960’s British comedy television series about a middle-aged man called Harold (Corbett) and his elderly father, Albert (Brambell). Together they run an unsuccessful ‘rag and bone’ business. Harold Steptoe (Corbett) wants to better himself but his father always seems to ruin things. Sometimes this is done accidentally and other times deliberately. The two live in poverty and the father has got some disgusting habits. This is to the continual embarrassment of his son.
