Lizzie McGuire (Duff) is a teenager graduating from Junior high school. She is eager to find adventures in Rome during a School trip. Meeting Paolo (Gellman) who is the other half of the duo and she is then reeled into posing as Isabella. This then becomes a journey of self discovery for Lizzie.
