Description

In the movie, My Fair Lady, Professor Henry Higgins (Harrison) takes a bet. He says he can transform the unrefined and dirty Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle (Hepburn) into a lady. Higgins would therefore have fooled everyone into thinking that she is! He succeeds and the young aristocrat, Freddy Eynsford-Hill (Bett) falls madly in love with her. When Higgins takes all the credit and forgets to acknowledge her efforts, Eliza angrily leaves him for Freddy. Higgins suddenly realises that he has grown accustomed to her face. He can’t really live without her.
