This superb filmcell features the Oscar winning movie, Victor Victoria (1982). Stars Julie Andrews, James Garner and Robert Preston.
Victoria Grant (Andrews) is a poverty stricken soprano who is trying to find work in 1930s Paris. With the help of a worldlywise nightclub singer, she invents her alter ego, called Victor Victoria. She then starts to play a female impersonator and then gets hired to sing at a fashionable night spot. Interwoven throughout the comedy and musical numbers are some astute observations.
