Description

Just arriving in Argentina, a smalltime crooked gambler Johnny Farrell (Ford) is saved from a gunman by the sinister Ballin Mundson (Macready). He later makes Johnny his right hand man. But their friendship based on a mutual lack of scruples is strained when Mundson returns from a trip with his wife She is the supremely desirable Gilda (Hayworth). Johnny once knew Gilda and later learned to hate her. Their relationship is a battlefield of warring emotions which becomes even more bizarre after Mundson disappears.
