Description

This superb filmcell features the Oscar nominated movie, The Muppets Take Manhattan (1984). Stars the voices of Jim Henson, Frank Oz, Juliana Donald and Dave Goelz.

After graduating, the Muppets travel to Manhattan to have someone produce their musical “Manhattan Melodies”. When it doesn’t happen, the gang splits up. Kermit (Henson) makes friends with Jenny (Donald). Miss Piggy (Oz) is jealous, thinking that Kermit has found a new girlfriend. Now Rowlf (Henson) is a vet secretary, Fozzie (Oz) lives in a cave, and Miss Piggy is working at a hotel with her partner, but apparently, they get fired. Now, Miss Piggy lives next door to where Kermit works with Jenny. When Jenny and Kermit find the producer in training, he promises to produce their show. The gang returns to Manhattan, but after getting hit by a car Kermit gets amnesia. He then finds work making ads with other frogs. When Kermit is found they try to restore his memory.
